We serve rising 1st through 12th grades

The STEMulate® Change Outreach Initiative –  for students in grades K-6, aims to ignite students’ interest in STEM and encourages them to see themselves as Scientists, Technicians, Engineers and Mathematicians.

• Building Blocks Program  –  Rising 1st-3rd grades
• Path Finders Program – Rising 4th-6th grades

The CORE Enrichment program – for students in grades 7th-12th.

University of Delaware/FAME Summer Program – for students in grades 11th-12th.

No. FAME students come from all parts of Delaware, as well as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Northern Maryland*.

*Some locations may not be eligible for transportation.

STEMulate Change students do not have a GPA requirement. 

However, all new applicants must submit a reccomendation letter.

CORE applicants must complete an application, provide a copy of their most current report cards, and have the letter of recommendation from completed by a teacher. Applicants should maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher* with good attendance and community activity to be considered for admission.

*Students that may not have a 3.0 are required to interview with their parents and the Director of Education. Meeting our minimum requirements does not guarantee admission into the program. 

The tuition cost for our Academic Programs are $500 per student. This fee includes both the summer and school- year program. 

Household/Siblings discounts are available. If two or more siblings are enrolled, a 50% percent discount will be granted to each additional student.
