STEMulate® Change begins in Kindergarten during the fall/spring program and students can attend the STEMulate® Change summer session as rising 4th graders. 
The CORE Enrichment program begins when students are entering 7th grade.

Once enrolled in either program students are expected to matriculate completely through their senior year of high school (12th grade).

No. FAME students come from all parts of Delaware, as well as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Northern Maryland.

STEMulate Change students do not have a GPA requirement. 

CORE applicants must complete an application form and provide a copy of their most current report cards and standardized test scores. Applicants should maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher with good attendance and community activity to be considered for admission. Letters of recommendation from a teacher are required. Students that may not have a 3.0 are required to interview with their parents and the Direction of Education. Meeting our minimum requirements does not guarantee admission into the program. FAME accepts applications for its summer program no later than the final Friday in April annually.

The $500 fee covers one student for an entire year. The fee includes both the summer and school-year program. Households with more than one child pay an additional $250 for each child.
